Nivo was created in Barclays for relationship managers to provide better digital customer service

Consumers wanted service over mobile messaging. But existing solutions fell way short of the security and identity standards required

Our founders, Mike and Mat, took on this problem and pushed it as far as possible: ‘imagine what we could do with two-way instant messaging, for the benefit of consumers and service providers, if we could ensure you know who you are talking to and that data is safe…’
