Our solution enables banks to monitor every suspicious case through the MROS reporting life cycle using a CRM-Issue-based form
From 1 January 2020, MROS will introduce a new electronic system (goAML) for the transmission and processing of suspicious activities. Suspicious activities and transactions must either be recorded manually via an online platform or transmitted via an XML file.
Confinale has developed a fully integrated MROS reporting solution in Avaloq. During development, the focus was on a maximum possible degree of automation as well as user-friendliness and a clearly structured user interface. Our solution enables banks to accompany every suspicious case through the reporting life cycle using a CRM issue-based form. Everything is covered within Avaloq, from the data collection for the suspicious case and the selection of relevant transactions to the generation, refinement, validation and storage of the XML file. Several banks are using our solution.
Standardized solution leads to minimal customization and short implementation time.
