The Saffron Robo Platform is a B2B client lifecycle management tool for private client, IFAs, wealth and asset management companies which is deployed via a secure cloud based infrastructure and an intuitive web or app interface.

Our solution allows our clients to deliver fully customisable robo advisory, goal planning and risk profiling services as well as CRM, portfolio management and on-line client reporting. The entire system can be white labelled to exact specifications. Additionally, Saffron can fully automate the client on-boarding and on-going AML checks via digital ID verification and daily global AML monitoring which can reduce on boarding time by upwards of 50%.

The Saffron Robo Platform leads the way in robo-advisory solutions. Its power lies in the flexibility of its investment engine and the ability to deliver a thoroughly engaging and interactive user experience. It has the capability to flex with evolving investor needs and automatically adapts to changes in market conditions. Lower operational costs mean that institutional multi-asset allocation portfolios can be made available to a wider audience while substantially reducing the minimum level of investment required.

Business Overview

Saffron's company vision is to become a market leading on-boarding and robo advisory technology platform for the European and Asia market place. The company has had an excellent start by signing three clients and being selected for three others in the 13-months since the Saffron Robo solution was launched. The company is focusing on the investor's user experience for our clients, enabling a quick and seamless end-to-end journey, from the initial touch point through to the end investment. Our on-going goal is to be recognised in the market as a highly innovative client lifecycle platform who are committed to transforming the asset management industry.

In the next year, Saffron’s vision is to continue to win clients across EMEA and APAC and demonstrate via measurable KPI’s, the value we are adding to our client base.

Over the next 3 years, Saffron wish to extend their capabilities across the entire client life cycle, from prospecting through to on-line client servicing, whilst meeting all regulatory requirements along the way, such as GDPR. This product vision includes proactive campaign management and a fully workflow-controlled CRM platform which is fully integrated into robo advisory and on-boarding. Some of this functionality already exists, however, Saffron wishes to make this a fully seamless experience for our clients. In addition, Saffron wishes to fully utilise Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in order to anticipate current and future end investor needs.

Saffron also wishes to become a global business within a five year period and have an office and client presence in North America as well as Europe and Asia. 


The Saffron Solution was launched to market in January 2018 and has already won three clients. In addition to this, Saffron are at an advanced stage with a number of UK-based financial services organisations and back office service providers where we expect to be completing contracts with at least one during Q1 2019. Saffron Robo has a healthy pipeline, which has been developed via existing relationships. Marketing activities began in January 2019 and Saffron therefore expects, over the next two quarters, to significantly increase the value of this pipeline.
