We do not offer tiered structure support agreements to our customers – we believe that every customer deserves a Gold standard service and to this end the product license fee includes direct access to our dedicated support team - we do not charge extra for product support, we do not operate a queuing system nor will your calls be answered by untrained telephonists in remote locations.
