vVid is an advanced video and telephony solution, designed for use both in branch and in store, or at home. vVid allows an agent to make a video call with a customer, as well as show, share and electronically sign documents

vVid allows customers and agents to connect using any browser on their PC, tablet or mobile device. Using a password, customers join a secure vVid session, which allows agent and customer to see and speak with each other, as well display product and compliance information and collect electronic signatures.

Because vVid works both in store and at home, it allows organisations to centralise skilled branch employees.
