A complete insights and research program designed for marketing and insights teams and C-level executives to understand the latest trends on affluent and HNW consumers when it comes to their finances, and buying luxury goods (fashion, cosmetics, jewellery, watches, alcohol), and travel and in key markets.

Phase 2 interviews conducted in June/July 2020 track the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on affluent and HNW consumers, comparing findings with interviews conducted at the start of 2020 in Phase 1. A total of over 5,000 interviews conducted among affluent and HNW luxury consumer (300 to 1,000 interviews per Phase per market).

The subscription program includes market level reports, and access to full data collected through Insights Engine. An online data platform providing 24/7 on-demand access to key data points captured in affluent/HNW consumer interviews with the ability to filter data based on metrics, such as, age, gender, income, wealth, tier, and custom filters. The Engine gives you the ability to get detailed insights on different target consumer segments of interest throughout the year.
