How the Product Profiler Helps
Reg BI requires that an advisor act in the best interest of a client when recommending investment solutions.  The Product Profiler is designed to analyze, validate and document why the potential product category (account type) is in the best interest of the client. When the Product Profiler is used in combination with RightBridge Product Wizards, users have both product type validation and side by side product selection capability.

Basic Structure of the Solution
The user has the option to either have the system help them select best interest product types or validate a product type that the user selects.  In the cases where the user opts to validate a proposed product, the Product Profiler will analyze the proposed product as a best interest sale and will display the findings. Additionally, as is required in Reg BI, the Profiler will perform a silent review of all other available product types.

The Product Profiler uses a scoring methodology to help determine which mix of retirement vehicles or products is best suited for an individual client. One highly desirable feature of RightBRIDGE is that it provides robust client-specific text that assists an advisor in communicating how a product or configuration meets the client’s needs.
