Data in PDF is quite complex (Alternative Investments), Data in API/CSV (Custodian Bank, Broker Data), Data in Excel (Trust Structures, Real Estate, Insurance & etc.).
Most vendors impose the same rigid data structure (i.e. single schema in a single database) on all clients.
This means that they can only solve ‘’common’’ problems across all clients and invariably can only meet a few of their clients’ needs.
