Access to our underlying data including our ESG scores for over 17,000 companies, ESG pillar scores, theme scores and factor level scores. We currently have c.200 ESG factors that are used to calculate our ESG scores and track well over 500 factors
We engineer proprietary data points which are inputted into our scoring algorithm. These include Board Gender Pay Gap (43%), Ethnic Diversity on the Board (38%), Percentage of Independent Directors on Board (97%), Percentage of Women on the Board (100%), Employee Satisfaction Rating (51%)
Taking a tech-first, data-driven approach allowed us to address many of the issues of existing ESG ratings which are often unexplainable, subjective and infrequently updated. At its core, GaiaLens is a data-driven product generating lots of unique proprietary ESG data such as ESG Scores, Proprietary ESG Factors and ESG News data.
