These ranged from carbon offset platforms to eco-friendly investment portfolios, signalling a positive shift toward a more sustainable financial ecosystem.

  3. Continued rise of Decentralised Finance (DeFi):
    Discussions on the regulation of decentralised finance (DeFi) have picked up pace over the past year. Many companies at the event showcased their innovations in decentralised lending, borrowing, and trading.

  4. AI-driven wealth management:
    Artificial intelligence took centre stage this year in wealth management. Evolving technology enable advisors to leverage data analysis to offer personalised investment strategies. This signifies a transformative approach to wealth management, making tailored financial planning accessible to individuals across different portfolio sizes.

  5. Focus on regulatory frameworks:
    Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
     announced its intent to establish detailed regulations for a robust stablecoin ecosystem in Singapore. MAS will aim to provide a clear regulatory framework, fostering confidence and stability in the evolving landscape of digital currencies.
