The Experience Innovation Board brings together senior leaders to collaborate, learn and evolve the prospect and client experience

We currently have members representing 39 leading RIAs, that manage approximately US$481 billion in assets for their clients. Absolute Engagement worked with a core group of founding members to define the vision for the board.
The Experience Innovation Board is open to RIAs with a minimum of US$1 billion in assets under management. Participants should be senior-level leaders, with accountability for the prospect or client experience. All members will agree to the guidelines, set out by the founding members, to facilitate open conversation and learning.
