Founded in 2017
The company originated as Anchura Partners in 2010; a consulting business for investment banks and asset managers. In response to the mounting challenges of controlling operational risk across the financial services industry, it evolved to become what it is today.
On 31st August 2017, Anchura redefined its purpose and the idea for Acin was born.
In 2018, the company launched its master library for risks and controls, the first of its kind, based on the Basel II framework and was recognised as one of the most innovative Regtech companies in 2019. February 2019 saw the rebranding of the company as Acin and a strategic vision for Acin to become the go-to platform for operational risk data and data standards.
