Who we are
Air was founded in 2007 (then known as the Equity Release Club) to help galvanise the best products, commission rates, training and support for advisers across the spectrum of the later life lending market.
Led by CEO, Paul Glynn, and his senior management team – who between them have more than 100 years of financial services and later life industry experience – our focus has always been on providing advisers with a unified voice in the later life lending market. That includes helping them grow their businesses, develop their professional status, improve cash flow and enhance financial outcomes for their clients.
Today, Air's membership represents the single biggest distribution channel in the later life lending market. Around one in every four equity release plans are submitted through Air Club, and we have more than 8,000 registered users taking advantage of our award-winning sourcing software – making Air the market's leading platform for later life lending professionals.
