The boards of Deutsche Börse AG (“DBAG”) and Allfunds Group (“Allfunds”) are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended cash and share acquisition by DBAG of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Allfunds (the “Acquisition”).
