A client’s Target Operating Model (TOM) is a vital part of their organisational strategy. People, processes and technology are essential components of any TOM, and therefore essential to achieving your strategic vision.

Axxsys’ Organisational Strategy Service is offered to clients across the industry, including asset managers, wealth managers, insurance companies, pension funds and capital markets. The service is included in our (TOM) Service, but can also be delivered as a separate module.

Working with the client, we create the organisational blueprint for executing their organisational strategy by describing how people, business processes, technology and data can best be organised. This includes an analysis of the current state, development of a target state, and a roadmap for organisational design that’s fully aligned with the target processes and technology.

Our approach is to go beyond “lines and boxes” in the creation of each client’s organisational strategy, extending our scope to include business unit structures, decision rights, accountabilities, internal governance, and linkages. Axxsys Organisational Strategy Service is based on the use of Axxsys Axxelerators, including Axxsys standard methodology, tools, guidelines and templates.
