Who We Are
BizEquity was born from the learnings of a multi-billion dollar financial institution and a passionate founding team to help Democratize the most important financial knowledge in the world - your business value.

In helping to finance two entrepreneurs outside Buffalo, New York in the United States, it became apparent to our founder Michael M. Carter that private business owners did not have access to readily available business valuation data and insight. Mike made it his mission to expose this knowledge to help businesses make better decisions to protect their businesses, their families, and their dreams.

What We Do
At BizEquity, we help answer the elephant-in-the-room question, “What's Your Business Worth?”. We invite you to join us in our mission to democratize business valuation for the 98% of the world who have avoided this important question until now. We are also excited to inform you of the BizEquity & World Wildlife Foundation initiative. Every year thousands of elephants are poached illegally and our mascot, one of the most beautiful creatures on earth, is becoming endangered. BizEquity is sponsoring an Elephant through the World Wildlife Foundation on behalf of each subscriber to our Advisor Office solution.
