Caddi is an operations AI company based in Seattle, Washington, founded in 2024 to take repetitive back-office work off professional teams. We serve wealth management firms alongside law firms, accounting firms, private equity and insurance. Customers include a Barron's Top 10 RIA, independent RIAs such as The Planning Center, and Am Law 100 law firms.

Our approach is Automation by Demonstration: a firm trains Caddi the way it would train a new hire. Rather than hiring developers or opening an IT project, an operations person walks Caddi through the process and explains it as they go. Where the work comes from, what to check before moving on, which cases are exceptions and who they belong to. Caddi asks about the parts that are ambiguous, the same way a good new joiner would, and turns that walkthrough into governed, API-driven automation. We call the result a Hybrid Agent: deterministic code carries the repeatable steps, AI handles the judgment calls, and each agent keeps learning from feedback and from what it sees between runs. Because the automation is built on APIs rather than screen scraping, it does not break every time a vendor ships an update.

Caddi runs in the cloud and connects over OAuth and SSO, inheriting the permissions of the person who built the flow, so there are no new credentials to manage and no desktop software to install. Every action across every connected system is logged and exportable, which gives leadership one view of what exists, what changed, and what each agent actually did. Caddi is SOC 2 Type II certified and uses model providers under zero data retention terms.

Caddi raised a $5 million seed round led by Ubiquity Ventures, joined by Founders' Co-op and the AI2 Incubator, and is led by co-founders Alejandro Castellano (CEO) and Aditya Sastry (CTO).
