CIL is pleased to announce that it has been named Commercial Due Diligence Provider of the Year at the 2020 Unquote British Private Equity Awards.

The award recognises a year of growth at CIL and was voted for by the Unquote readership. Despite challenging market conditions, CIL has continued to grow its client base – with nearly 35% of the order book being made up of new private equity clients – and continued to deliver outstanding work, during the judging period CIL completed over 150 due diligences. Beyond the sustained volume of business, the judges were also impressed by CIL’s international reach, with offices across Europe and the US.
