Our newest venture – established in late 2016 – bringing together the country’s increasingly important professional buyers

Citywire USA made its debut in late 2016 to serve the increasingly important professional buyer audience in the domestic US market online, in print and through events.

‘The professional buyer community works in institutions ranging from wirehouses to private banks and outsourced investment firms in an $11 trillion market,’ says Marissa Lewis, Head of US audience development. ‘The mutual fund industry is committing progressively more time and resource to reaching this community in a way that it hasn’t in the past.’

Citywire spent more than a year laying the groundwork for launch, talking to leading mutual fund companies and Professional Buyers across the country.

‘This was such an important exercise for us,’ says Lewis. ‘Our detailed research ensures that we can really serve the needs of mutual fund buyers and distributors alike. Knowing our reader is always the starting point.’
