Where it all began
DocPortal was founded by David Alexander, an experienced professional in wealth management industry. He has an exceptional track record of success, having founded and grown multiple businesses. Having experienced the challenges of managing clients firsthand whilst providing an excellent ongoing service to his clients, David knew he needed to increase efficiency and streamline his processes. He searched for a platform that could meet these needs but was unable to find one that provided the level of security and simplicity he required. Frustrated with the lack of options available, David decided to create his own solution.

David assembled a team of experts in software development, security, and customer service, and together they created DocPortal. Their goal was to provide a platform that could supercharge a business's client experience, acquisition and retention, whilst ensuring all communication is encrypted and secure. DocPortal now provides clients with an exceptional level of service, freeing up businesses to focus on growth.
