Global network services
ECI’s Global Network Services provide support for clients’ physical networks including firewalls, switches, routers, and access points, as well as overall network monitoring via our 24x7x365 fully operational network operations center (NOC). We manage configuration changes and incident resolution for network devices and provide network maintenance and troubleshooting. The service also includes a bi-annual health check, an annual security vulnerability assessment, and resolution of any missing patches.
