Full feature rich pbx - hunt groups
Enable incoming calls to central phone numbers to be distributed among the members of that group, in line with hunting policies pre-set by your business. And handle call overflow according to your preference - either with an auto attendant or a designated voicemail inbox. Shared line appearances also allow multiple lines to be presented to multiple phones; users can jump in and out of these lines to easily share calls. 

Call recording
At source, 60-day call recording retention is available. For longer term retention requirements (up to 7 years) we offer an optional fully MiFID II compliant solution delivered through SteelEye. Both call recording solutions record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls via cloud technology, eliminating the need for additional hardware or software. Businesses are not constrained by a limit on the number or length of calls being made. Recorded calls are easily managed, cataloged and retrievable before deletion.

Top-of-the-line softphone
Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams both offer excellent softphone options to fully support modern working patterns. Keep the flow of communications going whether from the office, somewhere remote or on-the-go. Softphones can be installed on computers, laptops, mobile and tablet devices, and support both Apple and Android devices. Managed by ECI, both the WebEx and Teams softphones seamlessly enable full voice, video, and instant messaging capabilities. Smooth call transitions can be made between desktop and mobile devices to support today’s mobile workforce.

Voicemail with transcription
Enabled by smart speech recognition, voicemail transcription presents businesses with the flexibility to listen to audio voice message files and/or read transcriptions, with both options delivered to the inbox. 

Automated attendant
An integrated automated attendant provides a powerful and flexible tool to field inbound calls and deliver them to the right person or department through interactions with the caller. Once connected, the call receives a greeting message providing a menu of options to complete call routing. The automated attendant uses the multi-location enterprise capabilities of the platform to transparently support geographically distributed groups. Additionally, your business can leverage extension or dial-by-name calling from the automated attendant through to any of its locations worldwide. 

Desktop share & instant messaging
Power employee collaboration with seamless desktop sharing and instant messaging capabilities via Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex. Real-time communications can be shared between internal users anytime, from anywhere, while screen and window sharing between employees and teams prevent productivity levels from slipping.
