The problem we kept seeing
Clients were making six figure decisions using fragile models. ISOs could trigger AMT with no liquidity. RSUs could create withholding gaps that surprised even high earners. The inputs lived across grant portals, pay stubs, tax returns, and a pile of PDFs.

Advisors and CPAs were doing the right work, just with the wrong tools. Too much time rebuilding the same model and not enough time talking through the tradeoffs.
