Monitor your customer's situation
Alerts alert your advisors when your client may need attention or advice. Alerts are issued on the basis of monitors: preconditions that are monitored for you by Figlo Insights. In addition to the basic set of 20 standard monitors, you can define additional monitors yourself.
Using external information sources
You can combine Figlo Insights with external information sources. For example, you can have a check on premium calculations carried out via MoneyView or on homes for sale via Huizenzoeker. We are happy to think along with you about monitors that contribute to your organizational goals.
