As of January 1, 2025, Benedikt Unold has taken over the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ECOFIN Software and Technology AG, which develops with Finfox one of the leading software solutions for digital investment advice in the Swiss market. Benedikt Unold succeeds Marco Persi, who left the company at the end of 2024, and completes the management team consisting of Andreas Borg, Dr. David Kocher und Ursina Lüthi.
Benedikt Unold holds a degree in computer science from the University of Zurich and brings 18 years of management experience in the Swiss IT industry. As Group CIO at Comparis for many years, he transformed the company into an industry leader among digital platforms. Thereafter, he was Head of Engineering and member of the Executive Board at Crealogix Digital Banking Schweiz before joining PropTech company Liiva as CTO. Most recently, Benedikt was on the advisory board of HRM Systems AG, the Swiss market leader in absence management for corporate customers, where he was responsible for scaling the development organisation and the transition to a SaaS offering. Since January 1, 2025, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of HRM Systems AG in addition to his role at Finfox.
