Fintelligence offers customized and individualized services in personnel and organizational development for financial service providers. In particular, Fintelligence focuses on development measures and training for customer advisors, team leaders and middle and back office staff of banks.

Fintelligence is accredited in Switzerland by SAQ (Swiss Association for Quality) and VSV (Association of Swiss Asset Managers), by CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) in the UK and by IBF (Institute of Banking and Finance) in Singapore.

Offer
Fintelligence offers training and development programs with selected experienced trainers, coaches and experts for the purpose of further developing bank employees (private banking, wealth management, corporate banking and retail banking):

• Programs to promote dialogue and negotiation skills in customer consultations;
• Programs to develop and strengthen leadership and strategic decision-making skills;
• Programs to acquire and
  deepen professional skills, e.g. in investment categories, credit management, economics, wealth planning, law and taxes as well as bank compliance (e.g. anti-money laundering (AML) or FIDLEG);
• Programs to increase professionalism in working life
  and resource resilience.

All development measures include knowledge acquisition sequences and testing opportunities. The programs offered by Fintelligence are approved by SAQ as re-certification measures.
