Harbor View's leadership team has extensive investment banking experience in sell-side advisory, buy-side advisory, strategic consulting, and CFO services.

Harbor View first embarked on its entrepreneurial journey in 2007. As a small team of Wall Street veterans, we began with the idea of offering innovative companies’ strategic insight and expertise, typically available only to the largest firms. Through our combined experience as industry analysts, investment bankers and management consultants, we helped middle-market clients scale their businesses, and pursue acquisitions, public offerings, and other liquidity events. Certain themes have emerged across our verticals over the years: entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability. We take pride on advising clients on deals that truly represent those concepts in their best light.

Our story, a history of helping
We soon realized that our expertise in preparing clients for these milestones also provided invaluable insights for guiding them through transactions. With that in mind, we launched our investment banking services in 2009 with a focus on clients in the B2B Tech & Services, Financial Services & Technology, Industrials, and Consumer industries.

Today we provide a range of services at the intersection of consulting and investment banking. We partner with startup founders, the senior leadership of fast-growing companies, private equity firms and the M&A teams of global corporations. In every case, we draw from our 360-degree perspective to ensure our clients get where they want to go.
