T&C and HR compliance for FCA regulated firms
HRComply was founded by Neil Herbert and Sue Carter after they worked with a number of Investment Banks needing to deliver T&C/Conduct solutions under FCA supervision
They had both assisted a number of investment banks in delivering T&C and conduct solutions under FCA supervision. These included S166’s and ARROW or thematic reviews. They worked closely with the firms’ compliance and risk teams, the appointed Skilled Person consultants and – by extension – the FCA to design a scalable, online T&C management system.
The result was HRComplySoft and a range of outsourced and consulting driven HR services that together make up the HRComply product portfolio. As new regulatory structures have been introduced, Sue and Neil have worked with their clients to develop the software further, to its current three-module structure. Between them, they have over 30 years’ of practical City HR experience.
