We are flexible and pragmatic in the way in which we manage programmes and projects, sometimes our clients ask us to use their own in-house tools and templates and sometimes they decide to use ours. Our tools and methodologies are based on the pragmatic use of the Prince2 methodology, however, we only use the tools required for job in hand and whilst recognising the need for an audit trail we try to keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Whichever tools we use we believe that strict programme and project governance is vital in order to keep scope and costs under control and to try to ensure that there are no nasty surprises along the way.

Some initiatives such as digital transformation projects tend to have rapidly changing or highly emergent requirements, in such cases we adapt our standard methodologies to incorporate an Agile development framework incorporating scrum and sprint techniques.
