How it works
Source
Artworks are sourced from institutions, galleries, artists or individuals. Prior to platform listing, the artwork’s authenticity and market value is determined by industry-leading, independent experts.
Fractionalise
Shares in the fund holding the artwork are made available to qualified investors in compliance with FCA regulations. Like owning a share in a company, investors own shares in the artwork.
Manage
Artwork is kept in special facilities or free zones in Delaware, Geneva or London. Annual valuations are conducted by independent experts until the work is sold.
Sell
A ‘Mintus Secondary Market’ will be available annually when paintings are valued. Mintus will auction or privately sell artworks, between 2-7 years after Mintus’ date of purchase, once we believe they have reached optimal value.
