Technology
We will regularly assess, check and report on the state of your technology. Helping you maintain your hardware and software against breaches.

Our state of the art scanning application remains connected to our remote control panel. Vulnerability scans on your networks and optimal configuration of your anti virus software will allow us to prod and check your security strength.

You will also undergo annual on-site reviews of your security arrangements. These reviews will detail your cyber security progress and highlight any new developments or risks facing the company, all with a plan for how to manage these recommendations.This process will all be managed using your management portal, so you have immediate and complete access to all reports and plans.

We’re also always on hand to help, providing advice on any cyber security issues or assist you with staying up to date and on top of any developments necessary to stay safe.

People
Our team will keep your staff informed of all new or relevant threats and training they require.

We do this by providing ongoing staff training and cyber awareness updates coupled with regular cyber competence tests to help track and ensure progress.

Our “ethical” simulated email attacks are there to test the ongoing competence of your staff. These “attacks” are designed to ensure your staff are following the training and procedures provided and help you and your staff become more adept at identifying potential risks.

The results of these simulations will be published on the management portal along with monthly training Management Information. Meaning you always have immediate access to staff progress and competency along with any other relevant information and can be confident that everyone is doing what they should be to stay safe online.

We know that sometimes the most important thing we can do is to be there when you need us. That’s why your nominated members of staff will have helpline and email access to our helpdesk, to get advice and guidance on cyber security issues when you need it.
