Tasks in Next Processes come with detailed how-to instructions. If you need input from a colleague simply click 'Ask for a comment' – giving them easy access to your documents and information. When you are unavailable predefined substitutes may take over some or all of your tasks.

Seamless integration
Next Processes verifies and lists customers, suppliers, projects, or policies, from the business systems you have in place. Lets you add an email to a process from within Outlook. And provide access from e.g. Dynamics NAV to a purchase order, or an entire customer folder, with a single click. Next integrates easily and seamlessly with any other systems you have in place.
