Client from 2022 – Established through the Zurich Group’s acquisition of the Deutsche Bank Financial Advisors network, Zurich Bank emerges as the new banking arm of the Zurich Group. This integration seamlessly combines advanced technology, best products and top-tier consulting. Representing a consultative model of excellence, Zurich Bank offers a synergistic range of investment, insurance, banking, and financial services.

Zurich Bank partners with Objectway for a win-win collaboration enhancing the bank’s operating model with an innovative digital advisory platform
Our client had an innovation ambition centred around providing reliable and holistic financial advice across wealth, real estate, protection aspects, and generational transition through a dynamically evolving Advisory platform. The project’s objectives included both qualitative and quantitative analysis of client portfolios, along with the calculation of historical performance.

Objectway, in partnership with Accenture FAST, supported Zurich Bank by implementing a comprehensive Digital Advisory platform strategically structured around three key principles: Customer-centricity, financial advisory focus, and advanced holistic consultancy.

Key business areas successfully covered included: Portfolio Diagnosis, involving both qualitative and quantitative portfolio analysis; Advisory, wherein dedicated and personalised service models were crafted for distinct customer segments; Client Reporting, featuring advanced and configurable reporting, along with the seamless integration of historical data and performance calculation; Suitability, establishing an integrated model grounded in quantitative metrics and portfolio quality control.
