We, Philipp Smolarz and Maurizio Lipari, bought the Swiss software company in 2011 in order to continue a long success story. In the future, we will continue to develop solutions for trustees, their clients and financial service providers and sell them directly - i.e. without intermediaries. Our products are able to make everyday business in numerous industries more efficient.
