Athens, 22nd of September 2025 – Profile, a leading financial solutions provider received a new honorary distinction at the BITE Awards 2025, in the category “Best Project/Initiative by Public Organisation”, for the implementation of the myTEKA digital application, in collaboration with the Hellenic Auxiliary Pensions Defined Contributions Fund (TEKA).

The myTEKA digital application provides full access to each insured individual’s personal account. Through the application, TEKA members can monitor the contributions made towards their supplementary insurance, their investments, and their returns. Contributions are saved in their personal account and used exclusively for their future supplementary pension. 

myTEKA serves as a key tool for supervision, transparency, and accountability, strengthening citizens’ trust in the new capital-based supplementary insurance system. The solution was developed with a focus on accessibility, usability, and security, and interoperates with the systems of EFKA and IDIKA for the automatic collection of required data. The application is available on the Google Play Store and App Store, with access via TAXISnet and AMKA. 

The BITE Awards are the most prestigious technology innovation awards in Greece. They are organised by Boussias Events, under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Governance and the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology and Communications Enterprises (SEPE). For the 14th consecutive year, the awards highlight and reward top IT projects and digital transformation initiatives in both the public and private sectors. 

The award ceremony took place on Tuesday, 16th of September 2025, at Anassa City Events, with the participation of executives from various industries and the recognition of distinguished individuals for their contribution to the ICT sector. 

This recognition marks the third consecutive year that Profile is honoured at the BITE Awards, reaffirming the company’s commitment to innovation, extroversion, and support for the development and prosperity of the Greek economy.
