Profile, a leading international financial solutions provider, has announced today that The Access Bank UK  has selected Axia Suite, the group’s flagship, omni-channel, wealth management solution, to streamline their operations according to the bank’s specific needs. The solution will be deployed in the Private Banking Division of The Access Bank UK.

The Access Bank UK, the UK-based subsidiary of Access Bank Plc – one of Africa’s leading and fastest-growing financial institutions – plays a vital role in facilitating global trade and sustainable growth, offering a broad range of innovative products and services including asset management, commercial banking and trade finance.

Axia Suite solution will enable the bank to streamline client onboarding workflows, which will be accessible internally to system users and externally through client self-registration via the client portal. The solution will also enhance front-office operations through advanced portfolio modelling and rebalancing capabilities as well as efficient order management featuring bulking and trade allocation.

A key component of Axia’s value proposition is the Digital Investments Hub (DI.hub), which will be instrumental in driving the bank’s digital transformation, enriching the customer journey and enhancing the overall client experience. Starting with self-onboarding, execution-only clients will be able to submit trade instructions directly through the app, interact with the bank but also benefit from highly advanced reporting via a cutting-edge user interface.

On the back-office, Axia will manage the bank’s operations, supporting full straight-through-processing (STP) from trade capture to settlement. This will facilitate seamless and efficient communication between the bank and their counterparties, significantly enhancing operational accuracy and efficiency.

The Access Bank UK will benefit from complete control of operations on a single, fully integrated investment platform. In addition, the solution’s ability to be proactive to market needs further enables the bank to significantly enhance and deliver faster its bespoke solutions to investors.
