Onboarding a client, delivering advice, updating a mandate, running an annual review: each is built from prebuilt pages and components covering KYC, suitability, goals and portfolios. There is no fixed template — you decide the pages, the components and the order, and you build as many flows as you need, per client type, per process or per market. 

One flow, five ways to operate it
Advisors work in the platform as a standard web application. Clients complete steps themselves on public pages. Your systems run flows end to end through APIs and webhooks. Your own AI agents operate the platform through the Quantfolio Platform MCP server. And the platform's own agents execute advisor tasks inside the same guardrails. Same flow, same compliance checks. 

Compliance by design
The checks run inside the advice rather than after it, and a flow that fails them cannot be submitted. Risk bounds, financial capacity, knowledge and experience, sustainability preferences and MiFID II client classification are configured once in your risk model and portfolio collection. Where your policy allows a deviation, it takes a written justification, recorded on the flow and printable in the suitability report. 

Your investment philosophy, encoded once
The investment engine holds your product catalogue, the market data behind it, your risk framework and your rules for building portfolios — so every client gets the same house view, whoever they deal with, under MiFID II, IDD or an investment mandate.
