Criteria
- Members are vetted in person or over the telephone prior to joining.
- Investors only: must be committed to deploying funds, no intermediaries.
- Minimum investment size is £25k per investment (Av since inception is £150k).
- Ability to follow-on in further funding rounds, if appropriate.
- Members must be comfortable investing in unlisted securities.
