Sales Training
We teach everything that is in the Done By You course, on a one to one basis. After 35 years and 25,000 sales meetings i have figured out how to maximise number of meetings, speed to close. We work directly with you and your team to upskill them so that you get increased revenue from your existing sales team. We do this on Zoom and in person based on location


CRM Efficiency
We assist in the following. Selection of CRM. Implementation of CRM. Training of use of CRM. Core understanding of why a CRM generates money and why it is not a reporting tool.


Content
We cover Linkedin, Linkedin Sales Navigator, newsletter and podcasts. We go through set up, training, how to generate sales and leads from content. We can also do the actual production, writing and distribution. This is all done on a one to one basis with ned and team showing you how to get the best from content, how to build out the strategy and how to ensure that you increased leads​


Sales strategy
This is a hands on overview of how your sales and marketing team is working together. At my last start up we produced 600 incoming leads a year. I show you the strategy of how we did this. My goal is to have your lead gen, sales and content strategy feeding off each other so you can hit the targets that you have set.
