Altoo is continuing the consistent implementation of its mission to deliver “Simplicity for Complex Wealth” and is creating the framework for strengthening the prospect and client experience. A newly appointed Head of Business Development will drive effective relationship management and business development in the target segments of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and private banks. Customer requirements and operational excellence will become even more of the focal point as the client base of Altoo expands. The goal is to strengthen a best-in-class client and partner experience at every point of contact with the Altoo brand. Simon Kaufmann, formerly responsible for client services, business development, and marketing at Fides Treasury Services, will head the business development unit at Altoo. 

Altoo has appointed Simon Kaufmann as the Head of Business Development, with responsibility for the overall management and systematic further development of client and partner relations. Prior to this role, Kaufmann served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Fides Treasury Services, a global leader in multi-banking connectivity, payments, and transaction communications. His extensive career commenced at Zürcher Kantonalbank and Credit Suisse, where he accumulated over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions. Following his eight-year tenure at Credit Suisse in corporate banking, he joined Fides in 2014 as a senior relationship manager, swiftly earning promotions and a seat on the Fides Management Team. Here he concentrated on strategic business development, client acquisition, and global recognition. As Head of Business Development and Member of the Altoo Executive Team, Kaufmann will ensure that future clients’ expectations are incorporated at all stages of the product and service offering, besides extending the existing global visibility and footprint significantly over the coming years.
