Our key insight after 20 years of solving enterprise-level, technology-related challenges, is that much of the technology that organisations have implemented in prior years, has primarily addressed the symptoms relating to pressing matters such as satisfying urgent client reporting or regulatory compliance requirements, which in turn has created a culture of ad hoc solutions which require high levels of manual oversight or data manipulation. This, in turn, limits the rate of digital adoption in the organisation and creates "friction"​ which is both costly and cumbersome, hampering innovation.
