Helsinki, Finland, 1st of December 2025 – Cloud portfolio wealth and asset management platform provider FA Solutions has today announced that Jesper Svensson, previous Business Line Executive – Front Arena in FIS (Fidelity National Information Services) and founder of Codev.ai, has been selected as FA Solutions’ new Chief Executive Officer. Jesper will assume the new role on 1 January 2026.

Jesper succeeds Tomi Lod, who has been instrumental in driving FA Solutions’ growth and successful market expansion since 2022 and is now approaching retirement. Tomi will support Jesper during the transition and will continue as Senior Advisor to the CEO and the Board until his engagement with the company concludes and he formally retires.

Following Tomi’s decision to retire and initiate the succession process, the Board of FA Solutions conducted an open and thorough recruitment effort. Together with Tomi, the Board carefully evaluated candidates to ensure it found a successor capable of accelerating the company’s development and further strengthening the value FA Solutions delivers to its clients. It was also important for the Board to ensure that the innovative and ambitious culture FA Solutions is known for continues to thrive.

Jesper joins FA Solutions with a 20+ year’s long career in leading financial software businesses through industry transforming product development and international growth. Whilst at Front Arena, SUNGARD and FIS, Jesper ensured that a customer value-focused and entrepreneurial culture always was at the centre of the company. Prior to joining SUNGARD and FIS, Jesper worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. During the last two years Jesper has worked as founder at Codev.ai building AI for software development teams with large and complex code bases.
