Applied AI Consultancy & Delivery is GaiaLens’ core engagement model: we take a defined process — a reporting cycle, a document review queue, a data reconciliation task, a tender or RFP response — and build the system that runs it.

Engagements begin with a scoped discovery in which we map the workflow, assess the state of the underlying data, and agree what "good" looks like in measurable terms. Poor or fragmented data is usually the first obstacle, so consolidation, structuring and tagging often form part of the initial phase. We then build a working pilot on real data before committing to production, which keeps the decision to scale grounded in evidence rather than a demonstration.

Delivery is collaborative by design. We work alongside your engineering, compliance and business teams rather than around them, and we hand over documentation and code as we go. Clients own the software outright and may white-label it. We are model-agnostic — the model is selected for the use case, and can be changed later without rebuilding the system — and client data is never used to train our own models.

Typical engagements run from around £20,000 for a tightly scoped pilot to seven figures for multi-phase enterprise programmes, usually structured as a fixed-price build with an annual licence for ongoing use and support.
