GenTwo Business Solutions provides financial institutions and technology platforms with direct access to a proven AMC issuance engine, through full platform access or seamless API integration. It is designed for banks, brokers, and platforms that want to offer structured investment products under their own brand, at scale, without building issuance infrastructure from scratch.

Two integration routes are available. Clients can access GenTwo PRO directly, with their portfolio managers launching and managing products through the platform using single sign-on. Alternatively, the GenTwo API embeds the AMC creation capability directly into an existing client-facing portal. Both routes include access to AMC Creator, GenTwo's digital configurator for end-user AMC setup and partner matching.

Clients onboard a dedicated issuer in Switzerland, Guernsey, or the Cayman Islands and begin launching AMCs on traditional and digital assets within weeks. Each product sits in a segregated cell structure with full isolation between strategies, clients, and assets. One issuer onboarding covers unlimited products. No setup costs and no minimum volume apply.

The model has been deployed by institutions including Swissquote and Sygnum. GenTwo's platform supports 300+ active managers across 26 countries, with USD 7bn+ in assets under service and 1,650+ products issued.
