A self-evaluation to benchmark your customer centricity

Stand out from the crowd by being independently recognised as A Company That Cares

Companies that care grow faster as they develop a loyal client base that stay longer, spend more and refer others. IIC’s new solution for smaller businesses allows financial services firms to understand how they compare in respect of the service they provide and how customer-centric they appear to potential prospects.

The process for becoming A Company That Cares is simple – qualifying is harder
The starting point is an online questionnaire that asks you to score your business against the key principles of customer experience, providing tangible evidence to support your claims.

Your scores are independently evaluated by experience CK practitioners from IIC and compared to similar firms.

In addition to your self-evaluation, we will also review how customer-focused you are on your website, social media, review sites and other publicly available sources. This will indicate how a prospect may view your business prior to making contact.

The scores from your self-evaluation and our external review are combined to provide an overall score out of ten, which will be included in your Insight360 assessment and contribute to your IIC Gold, Silver or Bronze award.

Your result will also determine whether you qualify as A Company That Cares. In addition to your score and individual ratings across each CX principle, your detailed report will also summarise your strengths and weaknesses in each key area and provide recommendations about how you could improve your CX consistency.

When you qualify as A Company That Cares and are accredited as an IIC Gold, Silver or Bronze client, you will be provided with a suite of digital assets to allow you to share your success with customers, staff suppliers and other key stakeholders.

You will also be included in a Directory of Companies That Care to heighten your profile to prospects and raise your profile to other interested parties.
