Our CEO and Founder Dario Crispini started Kaizen in 2013 after working as a regulator, consultant and directly within the industry.
By combining regulatory expertise with advanced technology, Kaizen developed an innovative universal data testing method which, for the first time, gave firms full visibility of their regulatory reporting data quality. We won a prestigious Queen’s Award for Innovation in 2017.
Today, many of the world’s leading financial institutions rely on our automated ReportShield™ assurance services to identify their reporting issues.
As an innovative data and tech company, in 2020 we expanded our product suite to include our Shareholding Disclosure Service and Single Rulebook.
In 2023, we announced our acquisition of Red Deer and strategic investments in London Reporting House and Cumulus9.
These initiatives have enhanced our offering to include digital platforms for managing shareholding disclosure, global regulation, trade surveillance and research management.
