MessageMatrix origins were born out of necessity. Our founder and CEO Douglas Orr was a client, frustrated with outdated processes that were hindering his relationship with his bank. The simplest of processes became very protracted, and Douglas knew there had to be a better way. Douglas realised there was a need for a secure and capable messaging solution which would allow him to do business conveniently.
