After the introduction of the MiFID II regulations, Novobanco realised it had a number of roadblocks to overcome. They then partnered with Objectway because of its robust compliance and risk model, which catered to Novobanco’s prioritisation of governance, says Pinto. She continues talking about some of the challenges the bank faced during implementation, mainly due to infrastructure. But Pinto describes how Objectway’s support enabled the creation of a successful non-independent and no-recurrent advisory service that fits with all of Novobanco’s needs and goals.
