Before founding Payitoff, Bobby Matson and his wife Nicolle were struggling under the stressful burden of six-figure student loans and credit card debt. Bobby spent nights and weekends codifying student loan regulations and built an engine to help his family find the right path towards the most savings during their repayment term.

With newfound clarity on how to proceed, Bobby and his family were able to save thousands, pay off their debts, buy a home and just had their second child. In 2017, this decision engine became the foundation of the Payitoff product suite that has saved consumers millions in partnership with financial technology partners.
