How our service works
1.Sign up
Sign up to allow us to track down the details of your pensions; performance, value, charges, flexibility and how it is invested (i.e the mix of cash, bonds and equities/stocks/shares).
2.Receive a personal recommendation
If we can make improvements to your pension we’ll recommend transferring into a new pension. We will share all the details of our advice and recommendation with you (via post, digitally and over the phone should you wish).
3.Make decision to transfer
If you decide to accept our advice we will arrange the transfer of your new pension and let you know as soon as this is done. That’s when we’ll charge an arrangement fee, deducted from your pension. If you decide not to switch, there’s no charge.
